A:  Coverage begins the same day once purchased here at Blok. 

Q:  How many months is the contract good for?

A:  Monthly plan terms are available.  Choose from 3 to 84 monthly options.  See sales associate for more details.

Q:  Anything else I should know about the Vehicle Service Contract?

A:  Yes, every purchased contract includes rental car and road side assistance.

Q: To file a claim, do I deal directly with Blok?

A:  No, Blok does not handle any claims. A phone number is provided in the upper right corner of your vehicle service contract for you to contact them directly. Alpha Warranty Services will handle all claims.

Q:  Can I purchase or renew a contract?

A: Yes, however there is a 45 day waiting period and a vehicle inspection will be required from an Alpha Warranty Service certified location.
