Q : Is the auction open to the public?

A : YES! We are open 7 days a week with new inventory arrivals daily

 

Q : Where do your cars come from?

A : The vehicles come from various places : Donations, Previously Owned Leases and Consignments, available at auction prices.

 

 

Q : Can we look and check the vehicles?

A : Yes! The vehicles being auctioned are available for inspection.  No test drives but you can bring your mechanic to thoroughly inspect the vehicles you are interested in if you wish.

 

Q : What forms of payment are accepted at BLOK?

A : We accept ; Bank Cashiers Check, Postal Money Orders and Credit / Debit Cards ( with a transaction fee )

 

Q : Does BLOK offer in house financing on purchases?

A : No, all vehicles must be paid in full by Bank Cashiers Check, Postal Money Orders and Credit / Debit Cards

 

Q : What if I don't have all the money for the vehicle I purchased?

A : A $200 deposit is required to hold a vehicle.  If you do not return with balance of full payment by end of next business day, your deposit may be forfeited

 

Q : What time period do I have to pay for my vehicle?

A : You have by end of next business day from the day of your $200 deposit or you may forfeit your deposit fee.

 

Q : Are there any warranties on my purchase?

A : No.  All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" no warranties or guarantees are applied.

 

Q : How do I register my vehicle?

A : We will provide all necessary vehicle documents for you to transfer and register the vehicle in California DMV

 

Q : Can I test drive the vehicles?

A : No. Vehicles are not owned by BLOK and therefore cannot be released on test drives.  We offer a 2 day return option ( for purchase ) at time of sale and recommend you have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic during this time.
