Pick up of vehicles : You must take delivery of vehicle, with full payment, by end of the next business day from date of deposit ( if applicable ) otherwise you may forfeit your deposit. Vehicles will only be released to buyer with picture ID.
Title to property and registration : BLOK will provide buyer with all necessary documents for buyers to register the vehicle in California DMV. An independent service is available to assist you in the registration process if needed.
Conditions of sale : All vehicles are sold "AS-IS'' with NO WARRANTY. No Warranties are guaranteed, implied or expressed. Buyer accepts all responsibility for all registration fees, taxes due, license fee and all else required by law. Buyer acknowledges that He/She inspected the vehicle to their satisfaction prior to purchase. No warranty is made with respect to accuracy of history or information provided for buyers convenience. This information includes, but is not limited to, mileage, odometer disclosure, condition, market value, actual cash value, estimated repair costs or damage both visible and not visible. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect each vehicle and determine its history and condition.
